Our Refund Policy

ABRISA is happy to refund the term fee in the circumstances below.
If for any reason you decide not to attend or stop attending our Portuguese classes, you must immediately communicate this in writing to ABRISA (culturakids@abrisa.org.au).

Please note that ABRISA is a not for profit organization and our Children Portuguese Classes are self funding. As such, only a small percentage of the course fees stays with the organization – most of it is to pay the running costs. The refund rules below were made to ensure that, if you give up our classes, we are able to honor the commitment we made to the remaining students without incurring a financial loss.

FULL FEE REFUND
1) If you give up the classes before the term fees are due, or
2) If ABRISA decides not to run the level you subscribed to and there is no other alternatives mutually agreed upon between ABRISA and you.

NO REFUND
There is no refund if you:
1) stop attending classes
2) miss a class (you may be able to attend a different venue to catch up on the missed class IF you agree in advance with the course coordinator by emailing culturakids@abrisa.org.au)
